    This recipe was easy to make, light and flavorful. I took a picture and uploaded it to my facebook just to brag to my friends! I'm NOT a cook and yet I was able to throw this together onto a plate that would make a chef in any restaurant envious. Try this once and I'll guarantee you'll be hooked into making it again and again.
