    I'm thinking about making this for my boyfriend for valentines day - how would I go about turning this into a 3 course meal? What's a good appetizer and desert? Also should I serve with a wine or something else?

    Even if you don't prepare the sides in this recipe, the method for preparing the bone in rib eye is bang on. You can't go wrong with this technique.
