Made it last night. Chicken was very moist with a great guava flavor. Served it with Alton's fried plantains!

I tried this recipe and it was so easy to make and so good, the guava glaze was amazing, we love guava in our home, I make guava cake, guava pancakes and I'm always experimenting with tropical fruits, don't know why I never thought of the guava glaze myself! Just kidding, kudos for Emeril. The only thing that was missing was the Mojito, which I'm surprise usually he has some kind of drink to go with the food.
