    I cut-up 2 chickens and removed skin and doubled the recipe and it was so good! It was enough food to feed my family and friends. They all loved it! I will try more recipes with Emeril's Essence spice mix :0

    What a great recipe! l'm not a big fan of mushrooms but l had a party and l needed a chicken recipe, i just crossed my fingers and...... SUPER!!!!! lt's worth the time.

    This dish was very easy. I left the bone in instead of removing it. The Essence enhances the flavor of the chicken. I recycled an old spice bottle and with my label maker labeled it "Emeril's Essence". I had enough to fill our BBQ spice container. It is such a wonderful flavor! This dish was a hit!

    Next time I will probably thicken the sauce up a bit and add a little more cayenne to the chicken. Other than that, I thought it was a great tasting, unique dish.
