    I haent made it yet either, But for those of you who are worried about too much oil__. Have you ever had a real one in New Orleans? That's how they make it.

    Tried it and loved it!! We just added some prosciutto and it was wonderful! The amount of oil is right, don't worry. It helps salad stay fresh for longer!

    "didn't try this yet but sure don't think it has soo much oil 3cups???? is there something missing in place of all that oil?? "
    the recipe does not call for 3 cups olive oil.the first thing is 2 cups olive salad not olive oil,apparentely they did not post the recipe for this salad also they said"recipe follow",u can just search on it in the site.but make sure to try the recipe,its a real"BAM!"..:
