Is is supposed to be 3 garlic heads or 3 garlic cloves ? I made them and put in 2 heads, figuring 3 was insane.
They came out way too garlicky.
I made a new batch with no garlic and added in a scoop of the old ones to get them a bit garlicky. Second time was a charm. Anyone know: cloves or heads ?

Family liked these potatoes. Kids weren't crazy about it. Need to explain better, how to roast garlic. Not much flavor to them. Kind of bland, but good.
