One of my favorite side dishes to do b/c it is so easy and healthy. I've gotten rave reviews everytime I've served it. The only change I do is cook it for about 15 minutes or so as I like the asparagus a bit more "crunchy." Definitely recommend!!

everyone loved this dish. It was easy to make and a big hit. Will make this again and again for my family. I did add some feta cheese when it came out of the oven and that added more flavor. thanks Emeril

I needed a side dish that had asparagus as an ingredient. This one was great. It was easy, quick and tasted great. We added mushrooms sliced thick. They worked well in this great dish.

This is a beautiful dish, and I have decided that the larger cherry tomatoes look and taste even better. Very colorful, simple, and delicious.

The flavors come together and pop! Great paired with fish, chicken, or pork. I highly recommend using pencil asparagus because thick stalks never get tender enough. Even if I don't have tomatoes on hand, I still prepare my asparargus using this recipe. It's a keeper : p

This is off the charts good! Perfect for asparagus ... in season, pencil thin & the best way we have prepared it yet! The Tomatoes taste like candy ... kids loved it! THanks Emeril!
