    This dressing is stunning! It doesn't have a strong garlic taste, but more of an ethereal, earthy garlic tone. SO GOOD!! I buy my garlic whole from Costco and I can't ever seem to find ways to use it up. So I end up roasting the last several heads and I keep mashed, roasted garlic in the refrigerator. It's really handy.. and this dressing is out of this world! I do usually add a tsp of worcestershire.. it really perks it up in the flavor dept.

    I love this salad dressing. It tastes similar to the dressing I love at my favorite Italian restaurant only a much deeper garlic flavor. Love love love this dressing!

    This was so good, my family loved it. I didn't have buttermilk, so I used sour cream. Like I said it was super great.

    I love garlic but I thought this recipe was just completely overpowering... it was just too much at once. I also thought it was pretty bland. I usually love emeril's recipes, but I really did not like this one.

    I made this when a chef came to our house for dinner...I wanted to impress him. Well, I do believe I did, but whether or not he was truly impressed, I sure was.
    This recipe was easy, incredibly tasty, and looked good on the plate.
    Emeril--you have saved my arse many a time with your recipes-my hb is an incredible cook, so I have to show him up sometimes!
    He uses Emerile's recipes as adjunct chef for the local restaurant here (Sunset on Main - *Brava*!
