This dressing is absolutely amazing. I used it for salad dressing. For a dressing for my cold pasta dishes. I just used it last night for my salmon. I put it on my salmon before I baked it and it flavored it perfectly. I always add a tad more garlic and fresh italitan flat leaf parsley. This dressing makes this salad. It gives it a fresh taste. For a really different taste add a few basil leaves in the dressing. Delicious!

This is an amazing salad recipe. Once you make the Essence Creole Seasoning, the salad comes together very easily. I fixed it for company and everyone loved the flavors!!

I LOVE LOVE this dressing...so easy to make..I double it and store in the fridge to use all the time. Absolutely delicious, very different than your usual store bought dressing.

We opted not to do the dressing, but did use Emeril's recipe for the croutons. We left the crust on and they turned out amazing! They definitely added so much to the salad we made. Will make again.

Worth trying, but Emeril's recipes can be a little difficult to recreate at home. The lettuce is key to this one.

I left out the cherry tomatoes (they were already in another dish I was making with the meal and the croutons, and this was a WONDERFUL salad! The combination of the dressing with the nutty cheese, and salty olives was absolutely fantastic.

This salad was average. The croutons were definately an important aspect, but no better than any other homemade croutons.

Great for entertaining as you can make the dressing and croutons ahead of time and then throw everything together at the last min. The croutons make this salad, don't skip them.
