So I loved it. I added some onion to it as well for some extra flavor and a little more garlic. Since I love both it made it all the better for me. But the one thing I didn't do was use fresh rosemary. They just didn't have any at the grocery store so I had to make do with the dried rosemary. BUT since it tasted perfect like that, I know that had I used fresh rosemary it would have been beyond fantastic. Will use this one again for sure.

I love that this recipe from Emeril only has like 5 ingredients, yet they were so good. Served them with short ribs and corn on the cob. I will be adding this recipe to my recipe box. Do not change a thing this recipe is perfect!

This was a very easy recipe to make and had very tasty results. My husband, who is a very picky eater really enjoyed this. I would have preferred to use red potatoes like the recipe calls for, but I didn't have any on hand this morning so I had to use russet potatoes. It still turned out very good. Served them along side some eggs - it was a perfect breakfast! :

I was very happy with the recipe. In the past when I've made these potatoes I've found that they lack flavor. This was not the case with this recipe.

Prep was easy, I could put the potatoes on the boil while I prepared the other dish (in this case Parmesan Chicken. Then throw them on a cookie sheet to finish up.

I love rosemary potatoes, and this recipe came out wonderfully. I just used regular red potatoes (I've never heard of "bliss" potatoes, and it still turned out wonderfully.

This was easy and delicious. My family fought the remaining potatoe pieces for seconds. I took a fork in the back of my hand from my wife as I attempted to reach in to steal one from her dish.
