    A recipe that is simple as long as one has a stand mixer (in my opinion. Cookies are very tender and tasty. Good enough to take to the boss.

    This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever prepared. Not only is this a time saver but also very satisfying to the taste buds. These cookies also make a very nice presentation.

    These little cakes are just wonderful. They melt in your mouth and are't sickeningly sweet. I gave some to a European friend of mine, and she said they tasted just like something that was made in Europe. A lot of sifting, but well worth the effort!
