    My 11 year old son, Darrin, made this for Christmas this year. It was good. I was just expecting more flavor from it.

    I brought these to a party and was introduced the whole evening as "this is Mia, she made the eggs". A definite hit!!

    Adding the smoked salmon and dill to the eggs gave it a much more tastier flavor. I love deviled eggs, but after trying the eggs this way, I will probably continue to use the smoked salmon and dill instead of the classic way...bon appetit!

    It's extremely easy to make, tastes wonderful. I subsituted mayo + sour cream + lemon juice with just one simple thing--Kraft Miracle Whip!! Save your time even more.

    I served these yummy stuffed eggs topped w/ caviar accompanied w/ sparkling wine on New Year?s. I made them in the morning and they only improved by sitting for the day. Very good!

    It is requested by family that I make devilled eggs every time we get together. This Christmas I made half of my normal recipe and made the other half with this recipe. They were a HUGE hit. I'll be making these again!

    I just made these for a holiday party and they were fantastic! The salmon is subtle, not fishy. These were delicious and I only got one because my guests ate them up! : I highly recommend this easy, tasty recipe. Thanks, Emeril!!!
