This recipe is easy to make and tasty. If I make this again, I will make more of the creme fraiche sauce because I liked it over everything, not just the salmon!

This was so delicious! This recipe seemed so simple that I wasn't sure how much flavor it would have, but it was amazing! The only changes I made was to grate a clove of garlic into the oil before putting in the onions, and to mix some ricotta in with the sour cream and stirring into the pasta before adding the fish and onions. Also I served it with Ina Garten's roasted broccolini with garlic. My husband loved it, and he already called dibs on the leftovers!

This recipe was awesome!!! My roommate doesn't like salmon so I substituted Halibut, and it was great. Flavors are all simple and delicious. I hate to waste food, so I took the lemons and squeezed them over my halibut and pasta. Can't wait to serve it to my dad with the salmon.

Yummy! Love anything Emeril does, especially with salmon.

Very Tasty! My kids don't like salmon but when I make it this way, they love it. I even throw some vegetables in while the pasta is cooking...broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. When I serve it though, I leave out the lemon rings and I flake the salmon. Give it a toss with the sour cream mixture...and it's perfect!

This is one of my go to recipes. I usually just make the salmon with different sides. I first made it a couple of years ago. And even now, my husband and I still love it!

This recipe was soooo delicious, I can't wait to make it again. I added half a package of fresh sliced mushrooms when the onions were cooking and it was a great addition. I also removed the lemon slices before plating, but did squeeze them over the salmon. Thanks for a great recipe!

Lemony, bright, with the dollop of the sour cream mixture giving it a zesty kick, though the whole lemon slices are a little unwieldy -- I might leave them off when plating in the future.

This recipe was fantastic. I substituted angel hair for the farfalle, and I played with the sour cream sauce a bit, adding some emeril spice to it as well. I have gotten nothing but rave reviews from everyone I have made it for!!
