Served as an appetizer when playing dominoes, it was scooped up and all gone before we were half way through the game. Fresh, healthy and delicious. I did not alter the recipe at all!

I love this salsa. I didn't use any hot sauce because I don't like spicy food and I added more cilantro than it asked for.

Great salsa- except I would ditch the hot sauce and add one or two jalapenos instead. Also- make sure your can of tomatoes is fire roasted. it really adds a nice depth to the flavor.

I made a few adjustments and additions-I added even more cilantro and used a red onion instead. I added frozen corn and black beans, too. I would have added a jalapeno pepper if I had one at the time.

Yeah, if you so many roma tomatoes that you don't know what to do with them, take the 10-15 minutes to make this salsa. I added a little heat with a couple super chilies from my garden. This is going with me to my friends birthday party tomorrow!

This is a simple and flavorable recipe for fresh salsa. If you like more garlic and/or cilantro, just double the amount! Yummy! So fresh! Thanks Emeril! pat from Edmond, OK
