I believe Emeril got this from Sam Choy in Hawaii. The restaurant makes it and it is a GREAT dish. I'm just so glad I know how to make it on my own now. Great with rice!

I'm not sure where Emeril found this recipe, but it does not work at all. It was a really BAD combination of flavors. I really think Emeril should stick with what he knows best - classic cuisine and fantastic New Orleans cooking.
