This Sangria was quick, easy and the best I have ever made! I also added the 1/2 cup of orange juice as mentioned by previous post but I'm certain it's perfect just the way it is!!

I've experimented with more Sangria recipes than I care to remember. This one is one of the simplest and IS the Best one. *Try using a Shiraz wine, makes it even better!

This is a fantastic sangria recipe! A couple of things though...my husband I and both like really sweet sangria, so we added more simple syrup than called for. Also, I added the juice of a whole orange plus slices of a half. But again, that's because we like ours sweet!

Otherwise, the base of this sangria is the best! We REALLY liked the suggested brand of wine as well! Very reasonably priced too. :-

At my first annual Christmas party, tried this recipe and it was a big success! Easy and tasty - what more could you ask for!?! We voted to make my Christmas party an annual event only if I serve this Sangria! Why save this recipe just for the holidays, looking forward to the warmer weather and serving this sangria on my patio.

I've attempted to make Sagrias in the past which have utterly failed. This recipe was a HUGE SUCCESS!!! Used a merlot instead, and orange curasao instead of Grand Mariner, but it was a hit! Will definitely use this recipe again!!!

I found this a snap to make and incredibly refreshing. The use of Rioja is a good suggestion, as was the Grand Marnier - although I may experiment with a more inexpensive orange brandy in the future.

This is a wonderful Sangria! I've had several glasses of it now, and i've got to tell ya....its amazing! :-

We used a lovely California red wine and followed the recipe to a tee. I wouldn't change a thing!

    Cheers!
