I made this dish for my family and everyone loved it. Every ingredient in this dish complimented each other. It did take alot longer to prepare but well worth it. I really like being able to read reviews because it helps me judge whether to try something new. Thanks again Emeril.

I made this recipe for company and the compliments were so abundant I was almost embarrassed - one friend said it was the best Italian dish she ever had.

I'm Sicilian and have no shortage of Italian recipes, but I have to say that the melding of these ingredients was outstanding. The spinach and ricotta balanced the dish with a light freshness that married well with the garlic, basil, Parmesan and Fontina cheese.

I did change one thing though. I changed the ratio of tomato sauce/cream. I only used 1-1/2 cups of cream. That was enough for me.

Try this, you won't be sorry.

This meal is fantastic! It took about 45 minutes to prepare, and the taste is so incredible! My family and I loved it. The leftovers (what little there were are just as wonderful. Definitely worth the time and effort!

This recipe took me about two hours to prepare, but it was well worth the time. Everyone that tried it gave it rave reviews. I reheated the leftovers in the microwave and I think this dish tastes even better the next day. I'm looking forward to serving this at my next dinner party. Delicious!!

This dish is delicious but if you plan on only 15 minutes of prep time as the recipe suggests then your're very mistaken. It's closer to an hour, if not more. It took me well over 2 hours to make. It was worth it but be aware of the false advertised prep time. It takes 15 minutes when you're name is Emiril and everything is already prepared for you.
