This is perfect for a Sunday Brunch or when you have company and need a big breakfast to come out all at once. Very simple to make.

Great recipe, but guests commented on the kick. I recommend forgoing the HOT sausage for a milder counterpart.

A better title would be Savory Bread Pudding. I made this for a Sunday supper and it was well received by the family. Especially like the fact that it can be made ahead of time. Omitted the sausage without any apparent loss of flavor.
