    Every blue cheese lover needs to make this recipe. Simply delicious. I used a basalmic reduction over it instead of the port. Served with rare tenderloins, it all melted togeather for a unbeliveable meal!

    The single recipe made more than doubled into muffin tins. The cheesecake was a little too pungent (and this coming from someone who LOVES cheese esp. bleu and goat. Also, the port reduction sauce made the cheesecakes look like they were bleeding versus appetizing. I should have made goat cheese and red onion tartlets from DEC03 Bon Appetit magazine.
