Delicious! I'll have it with brown rice next time. Oh and I used butternut squash because I had some and it was great.

Guests at our "Pumpkin Extravaganza" party were really intrigued with the unique flavors of this dish. I've never tasted anything like it and the spices smelled wonderful while it was cooking.
