I used this recipe for our annual "over the river and thru the woods" thanksgiving in Seward, Alaska and it was a real HIT! Thank you so much for the wonderful ideas that you share with us. Your creativity and generousity enhances this great american tradition all across the country! Diana O'Leary: Anchorage, Alaska

My wife made this stuffing for Thanksgiving. It is absolutely the BEST stuffing I have ever had. A+.

I used it for thanksgiving for a vegitarian cousin from out of town. Everyone loved it. They said it was so rich and flavorfull. I would like to make it again but smaller. The ingrdients cost a bit.

I substituted mozzarella cubes for the brie and it worked really well.

Rich and flavorful feast! A delightful holiday treat that was easy to make. The only change I'll make next time is to use frozen spinich. It would be less expensive, quicker prep. time and won't change the flavor. Thanks, Emeril, you helped "kick it up a notch" at our Thankgiving!

At first buying the ingredients, I thought it was a little expensive, but after making it, I will double my recipe the next time!!!! Awesome, Emeril

The best stuffing, I never liked stuffing before, in my culture that's like (no good, but this is special, I'm looking forward to do it for thanksgiving day! This gives me an alternative, so i do not have to do the Cuban food and make something different for my family this year, so they see everything is not about "pork".

    You are the best!!!!!

    Thanks,

    Katia
