I made this for company and it was very impressive. The flavor was great. Would make this again.

Very different than your usual potatoes on the holidays! I used spinach instead of chard for a more familiar flavor on the palette. Kinda greesy, but very good!

Made this for the in-laws (they have to have potato with every meal. I used bacon and regular milk. They loved them and everyone had seconds. I prepared them a day earlier and then popped them in the oven. I emailed my Mother-in-law the recipe. She plans to use it for Thanksgiving.

This dish is incredibly rich and very tasty. Not for the health conscience, but OK for an occasional splurge. I used red potatoes so I didn't have to peel them. It was a big hit with my dinner guests.

I have made this quite a few times and everyone has raved about it. Goes well in a formal sit down prime rib au poive dinner to a backyard BBQ gathering!
