The show showed 1 1/2 cups cake flour and 1 1/4 cup self rising flour. The recipe only has 3/4 cup cake flour. Which is it?

Followed the recipe as written and everything turned out great. The biscuits are to die for. I froze some of the biscuits and reheated on top of the stove in a covered skillet and they tasted like I just took them out of the oven. Imagine you could make a lot of variations with these such as herbs, etc.
Overall, easy to make and very tasty.

Had to leave the tv and download the recipe for biscuits, which I made on the spot. He made it so easy to follow and they were delicious. I am 78 years old,a mother of 12, and have made many biscuits in my day but these were "the best". Thanks Emeril and thank you food network .

with 2 cups overall of flour and 1.25 c cream, I think there may have been a typing error when this recipe was entered. I had to add another 1/2 cup or more of flour.
