I used shrimp, scallops and lump crabmeat and this turned out delicious. I will never order seafood au gratin at a restaurant ever again now that I have this recipe. Instead of a $20+ for 1 entree, for about $35 I can feed 4 people!

After a long search for a crab au gratin I finally found this recipe and tried it immediately. It was simple to make and delicious. I plan to serve it at small gathering. I know I will receive high raves from my friends.

Great flavor, but with the liquor from the from the oysters, it's too runny, so compensate by adding another T. or two of flour, or don't use the liquor.Use heavy cream instead of milk. Also great baked(25-30 mins as a casserole, served over pasta!
