A fabulous recipe - we had it for Christmas Eve and everyone loved it. Used the Costco mixed frozen seafood and it was perfect! Made it numerous other times as well but it may become a Christmas Eve tradition!

My daughter and I really enjoyed this recipe. Once you have all your ingredients prepped and ready it's a cinch. I'll do it for my next dinner party without a doubt.

yum! used what i had on hand, so made a couple of substitutions. only had shrimp and didn't have any tomatoes, so i added some tomato paste and a little light sour cream for a great creamy pink color and great flavor, too. will definitely make this again, we all enjoyed!

This chowder is so easy to make and very flavorful. At the suggetion of prior posts I added the seafood seasoning and a splash of cream and it turned out delicious. Will definitely make again!

As always Emeril's recipes are wonderful. I cut it in half (since I'm the only one in the family to eat seafood, added 1-1/2 tsp Old Bay (as others suggested, about 1/4 c of heavy cream, and some dill. The only seafood I had was frozen shrimp and scallops and canned crab. Tasted great and I can't wait for the leftovers.

mmm - good! the only thing was it took longer than the listed time - also took someone else's advice & added some old bay to the veg. Hard to believe something that cooks this quickly could be so flavorful!

While this was tasty, I did wind up adding about a tablespoon of old bay seasoning to give it a little more flavor. It was an easy recipe but it took about 90 minutes in total.

This recipe was delicious! I put 4 cups of seafood broth, one small bottle of clam juice and an extra cup od water +/-. I also added a handful of uncooked arborio rice while simmering the broth, before putting in all the seafood. Once the rice was almost tender, I added the seafood, then cooked low for about 15-20 min. The arborio gave it a thick consistency. This recipe will go in my recipe box!!! Emeril you da man!!! Delish!
