    I combined the fish base from wolfgang pucks fish soup with the saffron onion, thyme, basil base. Then I followed the recipe for the seafood chowder without the cayenne pepper (I didn't want to over power the saffron.

    I made this chowder, and it was excellent, I'm not sure if that would describe it. It was very easy to make and the taste was incredable.
