    The Ham Steak Salad was out of this world - unlike anything I have ever had before! It satisfied even my pickiest eater, and it took far less time and effort than the "intermediate level" suggests. I will make this one again and again.

    This was so unique, that I had to try it. It's a little time consuming, but so worth it and is actually very easy. It's a wonderful mesh of flavors and textures.

    Emeril Live has been good and very entertaining. Today for the first time I watched The Essence of Emeril. For those of us who are wanting to learn quickly how to cook well, it is superb. Never cancel this show. Thanks.
