Fabulous recipe. Family loved it! I used chicken chorizo sausage from Whole Foods Market which is made fresh in house. It was perfect. It is the Mexican style, but I cooked it thru first and then sliced it, put back in the pan and proceeded with the recipe using the pan drippings. This is definately a keeper recipe.

Amazing recipe, given IF you use Spanish chorizo. Mexican WILL fall apart and doesn't taste half as good anyways in my opinion. I will be serving this tomorrow for a tapas party. Not easy to screw up either!

My husband made this last night and I just about licked the plate. Delicious! We didn't have Sherry, so he used Garnacha. He also used Portuguese hot sausage. He served it with toasted whole-wheat pita... so yummy!
Had it again today for lunch. I'll be dreaming about it tonight.

It was very rich and salty, but we loved it! Next time I might add white wine to have more of a liquid broth. All in all, great meal!!!!!!

I made this for a Spanish wine and food themed party and it was a hit! I couldn't find Spanish chorizo so I used Mexican. I was still really good. I also didn't have Sherry so I used Port instead. What a delicious dish. It worked great for an appetizer but I also think it would make a good main dish with a salad and some crusty bread. Yum!!!
