I thoroughly enjoyed this dish. It was easy to prepare and the end result was very savory. I used very few, just a couple sprinles, red pepper flakes and the dish was still very spicy. The dish doesn't need all the heat to be very good. I'll certainly make it again experimenting with other sea food add-ins and a little less red pepper.

I actually cut back on the garlic and crushed red pepper. Thank goodness I did because I believe it would have overpowered this dish. Also, I didn't add as many noodles. This is a flavorful dish if tweaked a little. Can't ever go wrong with Emeril.

Watched Emeril make this and had to try it. Cut the recipe in half and it was plenty for my husband and me with some left over. We loved it! Will make again.

Loved this recipe. Very easy to make and extremely tasty. The key is knowing what your personal preference is for spice. If you know you are sensitive to spice, then just don't use as much. We used a little less than 1/2 tsp. of red pepper flakes and it was just enough for us to taste it without having to drink after every bite. Will definitely make this again soon.

I am from Louisiana and this is too hot! It would be tasty if you back off the red pepper flakes. I will try again with maybe one teaspoon of red pepper.

This is such a simple recipe and it's fabulous! I added calamari and mussels to it and it was great. I did have to add a bit of salt, however, but then again, that's always according to one's taste.

This is a terrific recipe to serve when you have a group of friends or family that enjoy the fiery spice of crushed chiles, and combined with other neat ideas of seafoods.

I made this using whole wheat fettuccine (couldn't find WW linguine and it was great! I only used 1 tsp of crushed red pepper since I was also feeding it to my kids, and even then it was quite spicy. My 5-yr-old did eat it, though, since it combines her 2 favorite foods, shrimp and pasta! Thanks, Emeril!
