This dish was delicious! A little too spicy for me so I may not add as much jalapenos or creole seasoning next time. I also added half and half instead of heavy cream. Next time I will try chicken or andouille sausage. My husband doesn't usually like dishes like these but he loved this one!

Wow that was delicious. Added some chorizo to the sauce and treated it the same as the shrimp, which was a really nice addition.

Emeril, you are amazing. You have NEVER disappointed me. Definitely invite some friends over because this makes a lot of food. But it is delicious. I finally put together the Essence and it is a great seasoning. Thanks Emeril!

This was excellent. I loved the spicyness and fresh herbs. I didn't change a thing. I'll have this next time I have my friends over for dinner. We like to try new recipes and they're gonna love this one. I think the Essence made it extra good. Delicious!

OMG! Love this recipe. So easy. I forgot to add the fresh herbs, but it was still great. I used spaghetti by Rustichella d'Abruzzo because I think this is an amazing brand and takes pasta dishes to another level. Will make this again and again.

This was good. I made it for mom and dad, and Cathianne and we ate it all up. I forgot to add the pasta water, which made the sauce thick, but it was actually nice that way. I didn't use all the cheese and only really needed half the amount of pasta for the sauce. My maybe 5th time cooking ever, I love the food network!

I have made this for the past couple years, and EVERYONE is obsessed with it, the only changes I made were to omit the jalpenos and use diced tomatoes with green chiles instead, and of course I always add a little more cheese then called for! A very impressive meal to make!

I liked the fact that the ingredients were inexpensive and once you have everything prepped, it only takes about 10 minutes to make. I had everything but the basil and essence, but I used creole seasoning instead (which is probably comparable. My husband and children loved it, and I will definately be making this again soon. Thanks Emeril for an easy recipe, with restaurant quality.
