    I watched this show and was excited to make them. I did question during the show at the point where he has all the ingredients for the cakes and he said "You form 8 cakes I'm going to do that while we go to break" I wanted to see him form them as I saw what was in that bowl and I thought it was way to liquidy but I trusted Emeril. BIG MISTAKE! Theres not way you could form that in any cake or patty form I followed this receipe EXACTLY! WAste of time and good shrimp. Don't bother
