This is THE BEST & EASIEST recipe I've ever used for shrimp creole. In fact, it's even BETTER than most of the shrimp creole I've ever gotten in a restaurant, including New Orleans!
    You've GOTTA try it!

Easy to make and so good. It's not too spicy, so everyone can enjoy this dish

This recipe never fails to please everyone-even my 20 month old nephew, who loves shrimp. I add a loaf of garlic bread and a salad to complete this meal. Thanks Emeril.

This was sooo good! I made a few changes, but it was fantastic. First of all, I used canned diced tomatoes and store-bought Emeril's Essence just to make it easier. Also, we're not fond of celery, so I substituted frozen cut okra which makes more sense to me in shrimp creole anyways. It was fabulous: easy, healthy, and delicious!

This dish was great. I added a little smoked sausage to the recipe and it turned out great.

This is a great recipe to feed a large or small group. First time I followed to a "T", w/fresh tomatoes, the taste wasn't worth the work. Use 1 28oz can of peeled/diced tomatoes, I also add zucchini & sliced mushrooms. E's Creole Essence is KEY bam to this recipe, blah without it.

This is VERY good!! I've wanted a good shrimp creole recipe for years and now I have one. It's so easy. The only thing that takes any time is cutting up the vegies. I used canned diced tomatoes w/the juice (instead of the fresh tomato and less water than called for and that makes it even easier. I highly recommend this.
