    I made this recipe this evening and it was very nice. It was easy to make,tasty and did not take much time to cook. I did however notice the recipe directions, calls for salt and cayenne twice, however never advises you when to add the Essence or how much to add. That was a bit confusing.
    My family did like it and it made for a nice hearty dinner served with a green salad and garlic bread.
    I will certainly make this again.

    I prepared the shrimp creole for my daughter's girls night out,they enjoyed it.By the time everyone went home,it was all gone.

    This dish was great! I added a bit of a twist to it! I added red and orange bell pepper HUMMMMM GOOD!
