This was the hit of the Christmas party. It just disappeared off the serving plate in a matter of minutes and everyone was asking for the recipe. I loved was that it was so easy to make but looked like I had spent hours preparing it. Definitely a keeper!

Emeril has never failed me! And this recipe does it once again! I just made this last week, but am doing it again tonight because I can't stop thinking about how delicious it is! I did do one thing different. Instead of crab and shrimp boil (didn't have on handI used Old Bay and Emeril's essence...Great...husband loved too!

Salad part of this was very good. Vinaigrette had more mustard than we like.
