I do not cook. I made this for my wife & daughter for Valentines Day. My wife, who is a great cook said this was the "best" shrimp scampi she ever had. My 16 year old daughter could not believe I made it. I did cheat & bought a ready made garlic bread. Still, easy & delicious.

Very good. We made it a second time with a store bought garlic bread - not as good. I thought the recipe as is: one of the best! My young daughter, who generally loves shrimp, didn't like the taste. It may have been too complex for her palette (that's okay, more for us!

This dish was amazing - so amazing, in fact, that I made it two days in a row! I ended up serving it as an open-faced sandwich. The flavors were so rich and delicious, what an unbelievable dish.

The seasoning gave the shrimp a GREAT robutst flavor. My family loved it. Thank you

    Emeril,

I saw your Great Garlic episode and had to try the po-boy. I served it with a fresh garden salad. My family raved about the fantastic flavors in both the shrimp scampi and the garlic bread's spread. The children and adults alike ate every scrap and only left crumbs.
