My dad made this a few weeks ago and we all fell in love with it and are still raving. He's planning on making it this weekend again for my sister from out of town and the whole family is coming over for it. Very garlicky and very yummy! I could eat this every day!!!!!!

I loved this recipe! Of course, I did add a bit more of everything than the recipe called for... more garlic, more essence, more wine. We like oozing with flavor.

One note, I think the estimated "prep" time is a bit ambitious for those of us without a kitchen staff ;- It was worth every minute though!

This was a great recipe! I opted not to make the garlic bread; instead, i removed the shrimp after they were cooked in the sauce, and tossed some fettuccine in. it was fantastic!!!

I thought I was in heaven with this sandwich. This was the best shrimp sandwich I have EVER had. I will make this again and again.

My husband and I LOVED this!!!! There was NO difficulty in cooking this recipe! My only change was that I used "ready minced garlic" and vermouth and it worked out perfectly. The quality was incredible and it tasted as though it was made at a very expensive restaurant. The garlic bread was amazing and the shrimp scampi was too die for! We are sooo looking forward to having this again with company!!
