    I eat rice everyday and this is a very good pair.Plus I love all kinds of sea foods.

    I made this tonight and it was so delicious. I started to add a white fettacinne (I know I spelled it wrong sauce and I'm glad I did not. Will definitely make again......I might still try the fetta sauce.

    This was a great, easy dinner with lots of flavor! I used defrosted frozen precooked shrimp and adding them to the pan at the end for a few minutes to warm through, I also used chicken stock b/c that;s what I had in the house and added a teaspoon of lemon zest-So Delicious! Perfect meal for during the week!

    This is a great recipe, I served it over pasta. I used to make scampi with all butter, but that is not exactly healthy, so I am learning to change my recipe. This one is a keeper.

    I followed the recipe to the letter, even though the shrimp broth wasn't on the recipe that follows, found it on the look up recipe for shrimp broth, by Emeril. Instead of rice or pasta I made mash potatoes cause I like them and it was outstanding. The sauce was sooooo good, unbelievable. It was such a hit with my family and my husband loves to come home to my cooking thanks to such great recipes that I get off food net work.

    I fixed half the recipe for me & my husband. It turned out great. It reminds me of the Shrimp Scampi from Red Lobster which is what I was looking for. Thanks!
