Easy and tasty. I didn't add extra salt in the sauce. I cut the recipe in half for 2 people, but used a pound of shrimp, and there were still leftovers. Will definitely make again.

This recipe is incredible! This has become one of the favorites in my family. This recipe tastes great with chicken also!

I made my dish a combination of whole shrimp and chicken breast cut into 1" cubes. I also added sliced sauteed mushrooms and cut up asparagus. I too went light on the salt and it was delicious.

Note--Hold back on the suggested amount of salt. I have made this at least half a dozen times. I do not put in the last suggested teaspoon of salt. Emeril Essence has sodium and pesto has salt. I buy Emeril Essence versus making it. But, I still love this recipe. It is a great way to use the basil I am growing. I have used angel hair and bowtie pasta. Emeril always builds flavors. Add a little cyan pepper near the end for heat.

OMG!!! My husband doesn't like shrimp and he didn't say a word at dinner. He was too busy stuffing his face. Loved it will make again for sure. :

Made this dish last night. It was easy, I could've believe it. The spices were perfect. I used whipping cream instead of heavy cream. My family enjoyed it. I will definitely make it again.

This was amazing! I made my own homemade pesto which probably gave it more flavor. It was very flavorful. You can substitute chicken for the shrimp.

I fixed it tonight... It was good, yet I found it rather bland. I even added more spice to it but couldn't get it to the level I was expecting.
