This was fabulous....I only used 1 cup of heavy cream and I didn't miss it at all. Quick, easy and just plain yummy.

I made this for my wife and her family and everyone loved it. I added sun dried tomatoes to the dish. Next time I would add more pesto and sauteed mushrooms. That would take this dish to the next level. You could use chicken vs. shrimp and it will still be an excellent dish.

Its the first time I have tried this dish and I loved it. Next time I cook it I'm going to add 1 whole scotch bonnet pepper for a nice kick.

I love shrimp with pasta but find most recipes bland. This one was wonderful and I loved the spicy flavor with the cream sauce. The trick is to not overcook the shrimp and the shrimp with the Emeril's Essence is great by themselves. Added to our favorites list with no changes.

Great recipe - didn't find it too salty - you can always dial down the salt or emeril seasoning a bit... The flavors were on in every single aspect of this dish. Plus it is a very easy recipe to follow with alot of ingredients many of us probably already have on hand, so you can whip this one up on the spot. It took me less than 20 minutes to make this recipe from start to finish! Impressive in many ways and better than most pesto sauces I encounter in restaurants! Enjoy!

We are being carb consious, so I made this with shrimp, broccoli and cauliflower.....vegetables are always easier to eat in a cream sauce! : It was perfect.....couldn't believe how quick it was and tasted excellent! I will definitely try this again with chicken next time! Enjoy!

I made this yesterday for me and my roommates and it was just great. Taste like something you would spend crazy money for in some restaurant. Followed the recipe perfectly and was just amazed that I could make something that taste that good....Excellent meal

This tasted way too salty! I checked the recipe twice after I made it but can't believe I didn't read any other reviews comment that.

As always, another awesome recipe from Emeril. I make Emeril's Essence in batches and store it in empty seasoning bottles so I always have it on hand. I added some freshly ground black pepper, but besides that, followed the recipe exactly. I think I would like to grill the shrimp next time or even add asparagus. I loved how quick this recipe was. My husband thanks you!!!
