We had tried a new recipe each night this week and this was by far the tastiest. It had a lot of flavor and was easy to put together.

Emeril gets on my nerves, so I didn't want to do one of his recipes on principle, but I needed a creamy pesto sauce. This one looked the most promising, and it definitely delivered. I did alter the recipe a bit. I used chicken instead of shrimp, cooked it separately because I am a vegetarian, and make all meats on the side. I tripled the recipe for a crowd, then decided to only use 2 lbs of pasta, so I didn't end up adding the pasta water in at the end because we had plenty of sauce. All of my guests LOVED this pasta, as did I. I will definitely make it again. Thanks for helping make my Solstice dinner delicious, Emeril!

I'm not a fan of creole taste, but this dish and shrimp in it were very nice. I made it for my hsband and he approved it to be served for guests (happens not that often, so, it's definetely good.

I tried this after eating a similar dish made with chicken at Le Madeline made with bowtie noodles. Very easy and very tasty even the next day.

This was absolutely fabulous! Fiance and I loved it. A good pesto sauce is key to this dish I think. Emeril is still the king! :-
