    Made these a few times already.....with cooking the stuffing first and without....both times they were a hit......one of the appetizers I am always asked to bring!!!

    I put the filling in raw and it cooked while it fried. Crowd pleaser. I made a sauce using garlic, crushed pepper flakes, rice vinegar, sugar, soy, mirin, and sesame oil.

    There is too much sesame oil for my taste in this recipe. I probably wouldn't make these style wontons again.

    This wonton recipe will please everybody. If you're making some, make some in bulk and freeze (before cooking wontons. Instead of frying I usually steam them...a much healthier alternative.
