I put everything in a food processor (2 cloves of garlic and only 1t of brown sugar and tossed it with the classic Italian bean and tuna salad. Finished it on a bed of spinach and fresh parmesan. Everyone loved it! I used Trader Joe's EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar and amazed at this flavor combo.

This is a great balsamic, but I did increase the sugar to my tastes and it was a crowd pleaser.

As pathetic as it may sound, this is the first time I've ever successfully made a vinaigrette that emulsified and didn't separate. It was delicious to boot. Thanks Emeril!

Easy to put together. Wonderful flavor. Very nice for basting vegetables while they are roasting.

This dressing is so good. I have made it numerous times for different people. Each time I make it people rave over it and ask for the recipe. It takes hardly any effort and the result is way better than any bottled dressing out there. Worth your time to make
