This is amazing salad dressing!!! We made it using the sugar. We sprinkled the top with shredded parmesan cheese and I added pine nuts to mine ( since I love them on all my salads.
    This is a keeper!

I think this is fantastic! I poured it sparingly over the Roasted Broccoli and Feta Salad by the Neelys and received rave reviews at a dinner party I hosted. I will definitely use this formula again for many more salads to come.
*I did use the brown sugar.

I love this recipe! I've been using it for about two years now whenever I need salad dressing. It's so quick and easy. I make it exactly as the recipe says, including the brown sugar. I always make it in a bottle with a lid so I can shake it. It's good to use right away, but it gets even better after it sits in the fridge and the flavors mix together more.

Exactly what I was hoping for! Made the recipe almost like it was shown: omitted the sugar, half the salt (sea salt, organic extra virgin olive oil, and used my garlic press to crush the fresh garlic. Just the right amount of bite. This recipe is a keeper.

So yummy! I agree that it had too much olive oil, so I added a bit more balsamic vinegar. I also used equal parts fresh and roasted minced garlic to save some time. In addition, I used equal parts stevia and brown sugar to make it a bit healthier, as well as a little dijon mustard. : Very good!

A wonderful basic vinaigrette, but I'm already fat enough (and apparently I'm not alone as obesity is a huge health problem in North America and this vinaigrette has about 10 g fat/1 tbsp!! And who uses just 1 tbsp? I used way less oil (less than 50% and made up the rest with water. (Yes, water! NO calories or fat I also added a bit of dijon mustard (about 1/2 tsp. Very yummy. Save the high fat vinaigrette for a restaurant splurge (on the side of course and your body will be thanking you! Cheers.
