This was excellent! I struggle to get the correct measurements of ingredients and this recipe (with 1/2 oil instead of 3/4worked perfectly! I also added a little dried basil and oregano for extra flavor. I will be making this dressing regularly!

Definitely prefer it chilled so best to make this dressing ahead of time. Flavors match each other well. Plan to make it again and again and again...

I used it on a chopped romaine, tomato, avocado, and red onion salad and it was perfect! I garnished with croutons & parmesan cheese.

I have made this a few times now, and it is exactly what I am looking for in a balsamic vinaigrette. I only use a 1/2 c olive oil - and it turns out fabulous! So easy and quick to make. I put all of the ingredients in a baby food processor and it is blended perfectly.
