This recipe was so easy to make! It took no time! And it tastes incredibly delicious in my salad!!! I am putting it right into my recipe book!

This was a bit bland and oily- I added a squeeze of lemon and a touch more sea salt and pepper and it was pretty good. My daughter agreed...

The flavor profile was nice, but the amount of olive oil made the dressing much too thick for my liking. Because my basalmic was already on the sweet side I didn't add the brown sugar. I loved that it was very quick to mix up. I will make this again, but next time will cut back the oil to 1/2 cup and will try it with a little of the brown sugar.

Usually, I don't normally use Emeril recipes because there are like 4,000 ingredients, but this is absolutely fantastic. Super easy, super good, super dressing. Good for bread dipping as well.

I love this dressing! I've made it three times in the past month since I discovered it! I use less oil for a healthier version.

I've used this recipes many times and love it particularly on my pasta salad. The one thing I do is use my electric emulsifier to incorporate the oil once I have all the ingredients together. That would be the same as slowly drizzling the oil into a processor or blender. This technique makes it come out like a dressing instead of separating. It may seem like quite a bit of oil but if you do it this way what you'll have is plenty of deliciousness.

I just tried this and thought that the recipe called for too much oil, I think next time I'll try it with 1/2 a cup instead of 3/4 since I like the taste of balsamic vinegar.

then don't "review" it -- unless you make it as written first, then feel that you've improved it on the second try.. Hello. It's not the same recipe if you've changed it before trying it.
