These were great for dinner. They are simple and easy to make and had a nice subtle taste by themselves, but when you add the Horseradish Mayo it really adds a nice zest to the burger. I did squeeze a bit of lime in my mayo and this made it all the more better. My 10yr old loved the mayo and even dipped her fries in it. These burgers are definitely a crowd pleaser.

I made the burgers on my grill pan since it is the middle of winter and we use charcoal versus gas. They were delicious so I can only imagine how good they will be on the charcoal grill this coming summer. Can't wait!

I made these for a bbq we had at our house on memorial day, along with the turkey sliders, and had 10 different toppings for people to choose. It was a huge hit - the flavor turned out great. Although I am not a red meat eater, the carnivores were pleased!

This is one of the best recipe I have ever used for parties. It also adapts perfectly to regular sized burgers.

I LOVE sliders because of their portions and the bold flavor packed in tiny package. This recipe was no exception and was well-recieved at a Super Bowl get-together. I modify it a bit by adding a little worcestershire sauce, McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning, and a little more garlic than was called for. All were wonderful additions.
I also marinated, grilled, and sliced portobello mushrooms to add instead of bacon for a less-fatty choice. To the horseradish mayo, I added a little garlic powder, a splash of the worchestershire sauce, and an even smaller splash of Tabasco.
After these additions, there is nothing I would change to the recipe, and I plan to make these again and again.

I made these as regular burgers and they are so delicious! Incredibly easy to make, plus the horseradish mayonnaise gave it an extra kick. I'll be making this regularly!
