    This recipe tasted fantastic! The prep took a little longer than advertised, but that is a known issue for me as I'm not well-practiced in the kitchen. It was worth the wait though. Perfect skate fillets from Isaacson and Stein if you are in Chicago during the right season.

    Absolutely wonderful - quick and tasty. Skate can be hard to find. I've had good results with Dover sole as well, but it cooks REALLY quickly.
