    The meat was flavorful and tender. My husband LOVED the meat without spooning the additional sauce over it (he thought the sauce overwhelmed the flavor of the marinated meat but the rest of us loved the flavor of the sauce with the meat! Even my 6 year old loved it! He used the sauce as his salad dressing as well. (He also licked it right off his plate - ANYWAY, Great recipe!

    This was delicious. If you make the marinade in advance, it is super easy for a quick dinner experience. I even saved 1/2 of the marinade and had it again later that week as a fajita type meal. There wasn't a single family member that didn't like it.

    My husband and I made this recipe and it was enough for 2 dinners with leftovers for the next day!!! We froze the meat in the marinade and froze the leftover sauce. They were both just as wonderful the second time around! This is a keeper, and if you want to impress guest, We highly suggest making this for dinner!
