Loved this salad! Had to doctor the dressing quite a bit. Had to add a lot more of the juices and vinegar. I used the Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar from TJ's and it was great. I also recommend buying tomatoes and onions that are similar in size.

This tomato salad is the best! The blue cheese really tops it off. Would make a great side dish for just about any meal. I served it with grilled halibut for my husband's birthday, and he was raving about it.
