    My only complaint was the six hour cooking time. Too short for a work day. Wonder if it could be cooked on low for 10-12 hours?? Very delicious.

    This was okay, I used TONS of salt and it tasted like there was no salt on it at all. The leftover chicken was awesome, we used it for sandwiches, enchiladas, and soup. So that was great.

    This dish was exceptionally easy to make (the first I've ever done of Emeril's. The chicken was wonderfully tender and juicy. I added some chicken broth to the slow cooker as some recommended because I didn't want to end up without enough juices. Ends up I would have had plenty without. Everything about this was great! Will definately make again.

    This was probably the easiest chicken recipe i've ever made. my husband loved it and when you get a UMMMM from him your doing something. The gravy it made was a treat with a treat. My husband and I love Emeril so, thanks for the recipe EMERIL and food network.

    Quick prep time and my kids loved it. It is my husbands new favorite. I did omit the thyme due to the kids, never missed it. The gravy makes a big difference.
